Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. They offered to fix their screw up but how are they supposed to fix it a second time when they couldn’t fix it the first time?! Also, there was paint drips on my driver seat and paint on the black piece on the rear end also. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I would pay $500 extra to go somewhere else than spend less to go here. Terrrribleeee!

Maaco did a great job. Made my son’s 20+ year old truck look just right!! Thanks again to Ivy and the team.

I had my whole car re-painted at this location and I have to say, my whole experience was GREAT!! From the GREAT greeting I received from the two young ladies at the desk when I walked through the door till I picked up my car and saw the GREAT work they did on my car. I was a little skeptical about haveing the work done at MAACO but I took a chance and i'm very happy I did. The price was good and the work they did was GREAT! I would highly recommend this MAACO location!

I want to share my experience to help others avoid the same mistake I made. I took my truck to Maaco and was quoted a price for a paint job. I was told that by paying $500 extra, my truck would be completely sanded down, receive a new coat of paint and primer, and that any nicks, dents, or chips would be taken care of so they wouldn’t be visible afterward. Well… that couldn’t have been further from the truth! When I picked up my truck, it was obvious that the same nicks, dents, and chips were still there—plus a few new imperfections that THEY caused! To make matters worse, my tires were painted white in the process. When I tried to address it, the manager lied and claimed that wasn’t what I was told during the quote. The attitude from the staff was terrible, and the customer service was downright awful. These people are liars and cannot be trusted to provide a quality paint job. Please think twice before trusting Maaco with your vehicle. Sometimes it’s better to pay more for real quality—lesson learned the hard way!

I got my truck painted with Maaco about a month ago. I was excited for the paint job and it turned out as amazing as I thought it would. Great prices and excellent communication as the process goes on. They even washed and detailed it at the end to add that extra sparkle! Overall great experience and would absolutely bring another car to them!!
